CAUGHT CHA AWARDS

The "Caught Ya" awards are a way to recognize and celebrate students who embody the qualities of the school's spirit word, such as kindness, perseverance, or responsibility. When students demonstrate these positive traits in their actions and interactions, they are "caught" displaying the spirit word's values and recognized in Friday assembly. This encourages a positive and supportive school culture by highlighting and rewarding the behaviors that reflect the school's core values.

Scholarship Opportunity for Louisiana Families

🎉 Exciting News for Louisiana Families! 🎉

Governor Landry signed the LA GATOR Scholarship Program into law, giving Louisiana families access to education scholarship accounts for the first time ever. This initiative ensures that more students have access to high-quality education. Louisiana's Gator Program is accepting applications beginning March 1, 2025.

LA GATOR is the Louisiana school choice legislation that allows qualifying families to use state education funds for private school education. As it is currently written, Cedarwood School will not compromise its mission, admissions, hiring, curriculum, or admissions practices and requirements in order to participate.

LA GATOR Scholarship Program gives eligible families funding for nonpublic school tuition, therapies, tutoring, and more.

This initiative brings educational freedom to eligible families across Louisiana, offering scholarships to support tailored education.
