To apply, visit our FACTS Student Application Portal. First-time applicants will need to create an account, while returning users can log in with existing credentials. Complete the online application and submit all required documents.

Yes, a non-refundable application fee of $125 is required to submit your application.

Yes! We encourage prospective families to schedule a campus tour to experience Cedarwood School firsthand. Contact our Admissions Office to arrange a visit.

Once your application is submitted, our Admissions Team will review it and notify you of the next steps, which include a student visit and assessments.

Decision notifications are sent via email after the review process is complete.

Once accepted, you will receive instructions on completing the enrollment process and securing your child’s place at Cedarwood School.

Yes, families in need of financial assistance should complete the FACTS Grant & Aid application as early as possible. Financial assistance awards are reviewed separately from admissions decisions.

We recommend starting both applications at the same time. However, financial assistance awards are only offered to families who have completed the admissions process and been accepted.

Cedarwood School serves infants through 7th grade. Availability may vary by grade level, so we encourage families to apply early.
